Hi everyone, I’m Jessica and I am a grade 11 student at HTS. I’ve always been pretty shy, so I decided to join TedEd this year to improve my public speaking skills in hopes of becoming a lawyer one day. Aside from that, I also have interests, like law, philosophy and playing sports. For my talk, I’ve decided to talk about mass surveillance and why the argument “you’ve got nothing to fear if you’ve got nothing to hide” isn’t an accurate representation of our right to privacy.
