Hello, I’m James, a grade 9 student at HTS. I’ve always enjoyed speaking in front of the class for presentations or maybe giving a quick announcement during assembly. However I always wanted to push myself to improve my public speaking in front of larger crowds. So when I heard of the TEDed club I was really interested. When it came to choosing a topic I tried to think of something that I struggle with on a day to day basis. So I decided to talk about motivation and how to stay motivated throughout the day. In my speech I will talk about the struggle of being unmotivated and tools we can use to stay motivated throughout the day.
